Suzan Raad is a UK-based nutritionist and the author of four books on epigenetics and nutrition. Her work centres on a single idea: that genes are not fixed instructions, and that the daily signals a person sends their body, through food, sleep, light, movement and stress, influence which genes are expressed.
She works one to one with clients worldwide by phone and video call, combining her books with personalised coaching programmes built around each person’s own test results.
Her four books are Epigenix, Epigenetic Awakening, Epigenetic Diet and Back to Babylon. Across all four she returns to the same argument: that the science of gene expression belongs in the kitchen, not only in the journals. Each book approaches it from a different angle: the mechanism, the emotional and cognitive side, the diet itself, and the historical roots of how people used to eat.
Suzan is also co-founder of 360 Degree Clinic in Surbiton, a wellness and aesthetics clinic that has cared for clients since 2020.
Epigenetics explains how everyday choices switch genes on and off. Suzan translates that research into plain English and practical steps.
Ancient food traditions knew things modern science is only now measuring. Her work draws on both, from Mesopotamia to the modern kitchen.
Small, repeated daily signals matter more than occasional dramatic interventions. The goal is habits that last, not quick fixes.
A one-to-one call by phone or video to review your health, lifestyle and goals, wherever you are in the world.
A personal plan built around your own markers, drawing on the protocols in her books, emailed to you after the call.
Follow-up calls to re-test, compare results and adjust the plan as your body responds.
Suzan Raad is a UK based nutritionist, coach and author of four books on nutrition and epigenetics: Epigenix, Epigenetic Awakening, Epigenetic Diet and Back to Babylon. She is co-founder of 360 Degree Clinic in Surbiton, London, and works one to one with clients online in the UK, the United States, Canada, Australia and beyond. Her work centres on the daily signals of food, sleep, light, movement and stress, and how those signals shape the way the body behaves.
EpigenX™ is Suzan’s structured framework for turning the science of gene expression into daily food and lifestyle habits. It runs as a 28 day programme built around four stages, supported by the EpigenX™ book and journal. It is a practical framework based on established nutrition and lifestyle principles. It is not a clinical intervention and it has not been tested in a clinical trial.
She provides nutrition and lifestyle education and guidance, personalised plans and structured four week programmes. She does not diagnose conditions, treat disease, prescribe or adjust medication, sell supplements, or require testing to begin. She does not claim that diet can reprogram your genes or reverse your biological age. Her full position is set out on the Epigenetics and Evidence page.
For unexplained weight loss, bleeding, persistent pain or a sudden change in bowel habit, for suspected coeliac disease, for diagnosed conditions needing medical management, for eating disorders, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and where therapy rather than coaching is the right support. Working alongside your doctor is encouraged. Working instead of your doctor is not.
