Ninety minutes, one to one, and a plan built around your life.
Work privately with Suzan Raad, nutritionist and author of four books on nutrition and epigenetics. A single 90 minute online consultation by video or phone, for clients in the UK, the United States, Canada, Australia and anywhere else you can get online. Every appointment is virtual, so where you live makes no difference to what you get.
Most people arrive having already tried the plans, the apps and the supplements. A consultation starts somewhere else: with your history, your routine, your food and the pattern behind how you actually feel.
Everything happens online, so the process is the same whether you are in London, New York, Toronto or Sydney.
You book your consultation and complete a short intake so Suzan knows your history, routine and goals before you speak.
A full conversation about food, sleep, energy, digestion, movement and stress, and what is really driving how you feel.
A written plan built around your life, sent to you after the call, with the first changes ordered by impact.
One appointment, with everything you need to act on afterwards. Nothing is recycled from a template.
About $190 USD or A$290. Booked at a time that works in your time zone, anywhere in the world.
A virtual nutritionist consultation is exactly what it sounds like: the full appointment, by video, from wherever you are. There is no physical examination in nutrition work, so nothing is lost by doing it this way.
Because it is virtual, you are not limited to practitioners licensed in your own state. Suzan works with clients from California to New York, and the session is booked in your time zone.
Charged as £150. A four week programme is about $630. Paid directly, not billed to insurance, though some clients use HSA or FSA funds.
Suzan Raad is a nutritionist and the author of Epigenix, Epigenetic Awakening, Epigenetic Diet and Back to Babylon. She is co-founder of 360 Degree Clinic in Surbiton, London, and works with clients online across the UK, Europe, the Gulf, the United States, Canada and Australia.
Her approach is built on epigenetics: the daily signals of food, sleep, light, movement and stress that decide how your genes behave. The plan you receive is practical, not theoretical.
Online, by video or phone. You can book from anywhere in the world and Suzan will arrange a time that works in your time zone.
Yes. Every consultation is virtual. There is no physical examination in nutrition work, so the whole appointment, the review, the analysis and the plan, happens over video with nothing lost.
£150 for 90 minutes, which is roughly $190 USD or A$290. That includes the written plan afterwards. There are no follow up fees unless you choose to book more sessions.
Not by UK health insurance in most cases, and these sessions are not billed to US insurance. Some US clients pay using HSA or FSA funds, which is between you and your provider. If you have a diagnosed condition, ask your doctor about a covered referral to a dietitian first, because that route may cost you nothing.
Yes. Consultations are delivered online and a large part of the practice is international. Prices are in pounds, and your bank converts at the rate on the day.
A consultation is a single 90 minute appointment with a plan to take away. The Code programmes run over four weeks with four private sessions, weekly guidance and progress review.
They are different roles. Suzan provides nutrition and lifestyle education and guidance. She does not diagnose or treat medical conditions, and she will tell you when something needs your doctor.
A short intake form before the call, and if you have recent blood work or test results, bring them. Nothing else is required.
Nutrition, coaching, books and transformative experiences to help you live healthier, think differently and create a more meaningful life.
