Four weeks to work out what your gut is actually reacting to.
A personalised four week nutrition programme for bloating, IBS, irregular digestion and food reactions. Four private sessions with Suzan Raad, a plan built around your own symptoms, and weekly guidance until it settles.
Gut symptoms rarely come from one food. They come from a pattern: what you eat, when you eat, how you sleep, how stressed you are and how your gut has learned to respond. The Gut Code works through that pattern in order rather than cutting out food after food.
Each week has a private session, a focus and a small number of changes. Nothing is dropped on you all at once.
A full review of your symptoms, food, routine and stress, and a first set of changes chosen for impact rather than restriction.
Meals and timing designed to reduce the symptoms you notice most, with practical swaps for your usual week.
Foods are reintroduced in a structured order so you find out what your gut actually reacts to, and what it does not.
Your plan is narrowed down to what worked, with a routine you can keep without thinking about it.
Everything is personal to you. The sessions, the plan and the weekly adjustments are built from your own symptoms.
About $630 USD. Sessions are booked at a time that works in your time zone, anywhere in the world.
Suzan Raad is a nutritionist and the author of Epigenix, Epigenetic Awakening, Epigenetic Diet and Back to Babylon. She is co-founder of 360 Degree Clinic in Surbiton, London, and works with clients online across the UK, the United States, Canada, Australia and beyond.
Her work is built on epigenetics: the daily signals of food, sleep, light, movement and stress that decide how your body behaves. For gut symptoms that means working on the whole pattern, not just the plate.
Not by default. Low FODMAP is one tool among several and it is only used where it fits your symptoms, for a limited period, with a proper reintroduction. The aim is fewer restrictions at the end, not more.
No, but if you have not seen your doctor about your symptoms, please do. Suzan will tell you when something needs medical review rather than nutrition.
Yes. Every session is online and clients join from the United States, Canada, Australia, Ireland and the Gulf. Sessions are booked in your time zone.
Many people carry on with follow up sessions afterwards. You are never locked into anything beyond the four weeks.
No. The programme is designed to narrow down what actually matters to you, so most people end up eating a wider range of food than when they started.
No. It is nutrition and lifestyle education and guidance. It does not diagnose or treat any condition and does not replace advice from your doctor.
